Party drinks, no matter alcohol or no-alcohol drinks you are planning to serve are the important part of any good and joyful party. Easy party drinks recipes, party cocktail drinks, party drink ideas will help you to entertain your family and friends.

So, you decided to host a party and serve your guests some classic cocktails. I will give you several classic cocktail recipes, each a wonderful accompaniment to stylish seasonal celebrations everyone will enjoy.

When the sun is high and you need something cool. Serve your guests refreshing Caprioska, Gin and Tonic, Mojito or the perfect punch or one of my favorites low-alcohol Soda, Lime and Bitters, or a no-alcohol cocktail Kiwi and Lemon Lush.

Caprioska

Ingredients
60 ml good quality Vodka
8 fresh lime chunks
15ml sugar syrup
2tspns of caster sugar

Method
Muddle lime chunks, caster sugar and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and Vodka and shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Pour into a large rocks glass and serve.

Mojito

Ingredients
60ml good quality Rum
20ml fresh lime juice
1tspn caster sugar
1 mint spring
90ml Sparkling water

Method
Add all ingredients to a tall glass. Fill with ice, stir well and garnish with a lime wedge.

Watermelon Summer Punch

Ingredients
Serves 20

2 bottles of Prosecco
2 cups of Vodka
1 bottle of lemonade (1,25l)
10cups of watermelon puree
10cups of ice
1 lime sliced thinly
1 pomegranate – seeds only
15 fresh mint leaves

You will need a large punch bowl, a big jar or a vase.
Pour the Vodka and watermelon puree into a bowl and let it infuse for 20 minutes.
Put the ice into the bowl, add lemonade and Prosecco. Then add the lime slices into the mix.
Finish with the pomegranate seeds and mint leaves, stir, serve and enjoy.

Kiwi and Lemon Lush

Makes 2 drinks
2 lemons, peeled
4 kiwi fruit
30ml maple syrop
Sparkling water
Ice

Juice all ingredients except ice and maple syrup. Stir maple syrup through juice before pouring over ice into highball glass. Top with sparkling water for a sparkling effect.

Soda, Lime and Bitters

Makes 1 drink
7-8 dashes Angostura bitters
60ml lime cordial
Soda water to top
2 lime wedges, squeezed
Ice

Method
Add Angostura bitters into a highball glass so inside is lined with bitters. Build remaining ingredients over ice in glass.
