Sticky Chicken Wings Recipe

This simple dinner recipe of sticky chicken wings is the simple family dish adults and kids will love. These yummy wings have a slight sweet flavour which will leave you wanting more, more and more!

Easy chicken recipe that's great for absolutely any occasion; double the quantity and you will have an easy party finger food recipe, serve with fluffy rice and these chicken wings will make a great dinner food for the whole family.

The chicken wings have succulent flavour and soft tasty meat that melts in your mouth.
 

Sticky Chicken Wings

Ingredients

½ kg chicken wings
1/3 cup (80ml) plum sauce
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 tablespoons olive oil

Mix all the liquid ingredients to make the marinade.

Place chicken wings in a large dish, pour over the marinade, turn wings to coat in marinade. Cover the dish and put to the fridge for 3 hours.

Preheat oven to moderate hot (200C/180C (390F) fan-forced).

Remove wings from the fridge, place wings in a single layer on baking tray.

Cook wings uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.

You can marinate the wings in advance but they are also fine cooked immediately. They're extremely easy to make, look great and are liked by all.
