Sticky Chicken Wings Recipe

Sticky Chicken Wings
Ingredients
½ kg chicken wings
1/3 cup (80ml) plum sauce
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 tablespoons olive oil
Mix all the liquid ingredients to make the marinade.
Place chicken wings in a large dish, pour over the marinade, turn wings to coat in marinade. Cover the dish and put to the fridge for 3 hours.
Preheat oven to moderate hot (200C/180C (390F) fan-forced).
Remove wings from the fridge, place wings in a single layer on baking tray.
Cook wings uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
You can marinate the wings in advance but they are also fine cooked immediately. They're extremely easy to make, look great and are liked by all.
