• packet of good quality round chocolate biscuits
• 150g marshmallows
• 30g butter
• 60g white chocolate, chopped
• colored sprinkles, to decorate
To make the marshmallow filling, place the marshmallows and butter in a saucepan over low heat and stir continuously until smooth. Remove from heat, add the chocolate and stir until melted and smooth. Allow to cool completely.
Spread half the biscuits with the chocolate icing and make a sandwich attaching the remaining biscuits.
To decorate your chocolate sandwiches, roll the sides of the sandwiches in the sprinkles. Yummy!
