Whether this is a kids chocolate novelty cake for the coming kids birthday, or a rich chocolate dessert for the baby shower party, simple yet delicious chocolate desserts recipes are the party pleasers. There’s nothing like the flavor of rich chocolate in your home-baked chocolate desserts.

My simple chocolate recipes can be easily used at any kid’s birthday party and any party for chocolate lovers. Perhaps you are looking for a perfect Mother’s day gift for your beloved mum, or maybe you decided to add an extra sweet touch for your Christmas dinner, a good chocolate recipe will always help you.

If you are not feeling like making a chocolate cake for your next party, why not to use this simple chocolate dessert recipe of Ultimate Double Chocolate Mini-Cups. This is a very basic and simple chocolate dessert recipe, but works every time I don't feel like baking a birthday chocolate cake.

With its delicately smooth, reach and creamy taste this decadent chocolate dessert will satisfy every chocoholic. These mini sweets are simple to make and there is no cooking required, except for melting the chocolate.


Ultimate Double Chocolate Mini-Cups

100g milk chocolate melts
1/2 cup thickened cream
60g packet chocolate cups (chocolate cups are available from the bakery section of any good supermarket)
12 small fresh or frozen raspberries

Makes 12 mini cups


Place chocolate melts in a heatproof, microwave-safe bowl or in a saucepan over boiling water. If using microwave melt the chocolate on medium for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds with a metal spoon, or until smooth. Set aside for 10 minutes to cool.

Whisk cream until soft peaks form, add melted chocolate. Using a large metal spoon, gently fold until well combined.
Spoon chocolate mixture into a pastry piping bag. Decoratively pipe chocolate mixture into prepared chocolate cups. Top with a raspberry. Serve.

This chocolate recipe is an absolute winner, easy to make, delicious to eat and is absolutely irresistible. It will be the prefect decadent ending to your meal Enjoy!
