Simple Dip Recipe

Spinach and Leek in a Cob
Ingredients:
1 leek (white part) chopped
1 clove of garlic finely chopped
1 packet of frozen spinach
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1 carton of sour cream
1 packet of spring onion soup
1 teaspoon of butter
olive oil
1 cob loaf
1 French bread stick
Melt butter in some olive oil, then lightly fry the garlic leek. Add spinach to the pan and stir until warm. Turn off the heat and allow mixture to cool. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, spinach and leek, and spring onion soup together in a bowl. Cut the centre out of the bread cob. Pour the mixture into the hollowed out cob loaf and place in the oven for about 20 minutes on 150 degrees C or until warmed through.
Serve with some baguette cut in small pieces.
